A New Tradition Begins
We are excited to share with you that after much due diligence; Havoc Dune Dawgs and Legacy Lacrosse programs have agreed to merge.
This merger is a stepping-stone to the pursuit of becoming the premier lacrosse program in the country. We will create a new holding company and will operate the field lacrosse program under the Legacy Lacrosse name. North of the Border Box Lacrosse training will remain a cutting edge off season training program under the NOTB name. We anticipate the addition of camps, tournaments, clinics and look forward to the growth this offers our athletes.
Under the coaching leadership of Mike Taylor and Tommy Zummo, we believe this merger will create a best in class lacrosse experience for our athletes and their families. Our program will have a strong emphasis on teaching and developing the concepts and skills of both field and box lacrosse, taught by industry experts.
We would like to assure you that the philosophy and integrity with which we have built and run HDD will move forward within this merger. Phil Polo and Mike Taylor will remain strongly connected and active in all day -to-day decisions, as well as, all long term planning.
The opportunities, which will be available to the athletes who we have been entrusted to develop, are much greater through this merger and our dedication to these athletes can be enhanced through this merger. We believe this merger will create a best in class lacrosse experience for our players and families.
There will be some changes; however, all of them will be positive and move us in a direction of achieving the goals we have set forth for HDD, which is to positively effect the athletes and the game of lacrosse. Among these positive changes we will be able to field more competitive teams, complement our top notch coaching staff and additional support to ensure your experience is second to none. There are great things in store for every member of our HDD family. and as we move forward with this merger we hope you are excited by the opportunities and positive advancements.
